Increasing Opportunity and Availability
Although the principles of Home School Away From Home (HSAFH) realize there are alternative options to a standard public education such as Christian, charter and private schools, etc., many are very expensive. Sadly, this makes them economically out of reach for many Americans. To address this problem, HSAFH conceived of a hybrid model that combines both a public school format with the benefits of a homeschooling model. In order to achieve this, we combined the availability of online education courses which now can take the place of the typical home school education format commonly based on a one – on – one teaching style.
The popularity of online education has increased exponentially over the years as greater improvements and viability have come along. In this regard, we have seen greater offerings as of late. In particular, we have just learned of a Christian based online education program from K1-12 which would have great interest and relevance for the Christian community. There are other online offerings as well.
In keeping with all the benefits of a home school environment, we will look to offer extra-curricular programs that expand and provide greater social interaction with the students in addition to a myriad of other benefits which you can read throughout this website.

Combating Secularism
It is a known fact that a large number of Christian teens are questioning their faith and belief regarding Christianity or even abandoning it in the midst of the prevalent anti-God and antichrist sentiment that is not only coming for the culture but from our higher schools of education. A perfect example would be the continued promotion of the theory of evolution which in many ways is based on evidence that is false (specifically when using the Darwinian model of evolution). Due to the relentless brain washing of Godless falsities, theories and suppositions by “worldly” voices, it’s no wonder that diminishing faith and belief of the Lord causes many to abandon their faith. It is one of the greatest goals and mission of HSAFH to provide a powerful witness for the Way, Truth and Life that are both found and proven in the Trinity.
To this end, the principles of HSAFH hold strong beliefs in the God of the Holy Bible as expressed in the Trinity. This came about by both having experienced powerful moves of God along with overwhelming evidence and proof for God. In a very unique way, one of the principles was challenged by God to search out the facts, proof and evidence regarding this. Upon so doing, he was shown reams of evidence to support the reality and truth of the God of the Holy Bible. So profound and powerful is this evidence, that he authored a book titled The Amazing Evidence. What this book is able to demonstrate is in the last 70 years or so, the increase in proof and evidence from numerous areas of study such as; mathematics, astronomy, biology, archeology, history and even supernatural events such as NDEs (Near Death Experiences) and the Shroud of Turin provide such a grand amount of proof, that one can no longer say that there is no God who has created all space, matter, energy, time and life as we know it.

Vision/Mission
The “vision” and “mission” of Home School Away From Home (HSAFH) concept was birthed in a desire to provide Christian families a greater opportunity to have their children receive a more protected schooling environment while still attaining education standards at the highest level. Moreover, it was later revealed that those who hold conservative values might also be attracted to such a unique model, although they may not necessarily be Christian believers.
Over a very short period of time we have seen cultural and moral standards of America decay to levels one would never have thought. This is even more pronounced if one is a Christian holding a Christian worldview. Due to this decay, we have seen the deterioration of educational standards, disruptive classroom conditions, classmate bullying, drug use (including alcohol which is a drug) and in some cases, even life threatening attacks such as school shootings and other malicious behavior. As though this were not enough, both Christian and conservative groups have experienced the added onslaught of anti-God and antichrist teaching, leftist indoctrination and at times, direct confrontation with evil as never before.
Sadly, the condition of the standard American public school has devolved to such an extent, it’s no wonder that it has grown exponentially toxic. For this reason, HSAFH wishes to provide a home school based platform in a typical school type setting. We believe this type of setting will become a very desired choice between the standard public education offerings vs. a home school alternative.
Supporting the Conservative Model
As noted above, we have seen increased political and associated cultural differences between conservative (which many Christians fall under) and liberal/leftist ideologies to such an extent, that many public enterprises cannot be utilized by either group because of these persuasions. Liberal/leftist ideologies are often defined by wokeism, DEI, critical race theory, LGBTQ+ agenda and others. Therefore we believe those who lean towards “conservative” values will desire to utilize HSAFH to obtain a safer and improved educational environment for their children.
Empowering the Christian Community
One of the most important goals for HSAFH to accomplish is to maximize the potential of its students. This is especially true for those who hold a Christian perspective. There is no doubt that God, His Son and Holy Spirit network together to offer and help each of His children prosper and grow in all that God has for them. Christians have a special place in society for the fact that we are expected to influence and impact the society around us in a positive and Godly manner. Not only that, we believe that all believers have callings that will place them in specific locations to impact the people around them in a most significant way. For the reason, we wish to see HSAFH help the Christian student become a brighter light upon a rather dark world.
Practical concepts and tools to aid the Christian student will include practical guidance counseling to help them choose the best educational route for both impact on society, prosperity and motivation to accomplish the Great Commission. For example, we plan to implement guidance counseling and hire Proctors that have been former teachers, pastors, counselors, business leaders, etc.
It is our greatest desire to see your children attain great success and prosperity so they can sow into the kingdom of God for the sake of fulfilling His will. There can be nothing greater than uniting their goals and aspirations with the Lord’s. To this end, we will have fulfilled our mission if we can help to accomplish this.
Special Offering to Increase Belief and Faith in God
One of the greatest desires of HSAFH (as part of its vision, goals and mission) is to implement a God given strategy that will bolster the faith, belief and commitment of Christian students that will be attending HSAFH. At the same time, it is also with the same fervency and desire to see non-believers come to faith in the one and only God of the Holy Bible. In this regard, one of the strategies the Lord has given is to open HSAFH to conservative groups who may not necessarily be believers.
To accomplish the two pronged goal as noted above, HSAFH will endeavor to offer a special daily session that involves sharing the latest discoveries and proof for God of the Holy Bible titled “The Amazing Evidence Series”. This series will be offered as a separate class between 11am and 1pm that occurs during the recommended break that will be provided to all students for lunch, socializing and partaking in these sessions. Again, it is to be emphasized that attendance to this session is totally voluntary. Read the adjacent article on the left which explains why this session will be offered.
“The Amazing Evidence Series” will be primarily based on a video format, intended to last only 15 minutes or so. This is done so students are given sufficient time to take their lunch, go to the bathroom, socialize and other needs that desire to be met. This break will occur between 11am – 1pm. However, we will also be featuring “The Amazing Evidence” video vignettes on Youtube and therefore can be viewed at any convenient time for the student as well.
At the present time, HSAFH is also looking into offering “Amazing Evidence Study Groups”, Group prayer sessions and other gatherings that will serve to increase HSAFH students to greater faith, belief, and closeness to the Lord.
It’s important to note that one of the wonderful benefits of online education is that students are not forced into rigid time commitments such as would be required in standard classroom operations. For example, in a typical public school arrangement, a math class may be held from only from 10-11am daily. However with an online arrangement, the student can pause the study at any time and simply return to it when desired. Hence the beauty of this type of format is if students were compelled to pray longer or if a discussion in a “Amazing Evidence Study Group” were super interesting, there would be no forced “schedule” to comply with.
